Hye....back again! You must think me a little judgemental about men...believe you me, Im not. Iv had my fair share of them.... Obviously, my dad and brothers.
The only time Im not play acting or alert is around them. My dad has always been my role model, an artist through and through. A great Painter and sensitive soul. My real brother, older than me, was always my buddy, treated me as a brother. He was my coach, taught me boxing, self defence and driving.
There was this family friend of ours we used to visit....my mom, bro and I. There was this young irritating boy there who always pulled my hair, but now I was ready for him. Just as he made out to pull my hair I caught him by surprise ..... I jumped and socked his nose, he stepped back in agony and shock, just as he was about to slap me I turned around and tried out my best Ziu zitsu move and using his weight as an advantage pushed him back, forward and swung in a quick movement on my back and wham! On the ground, my brother cheering me all the time, yay-ing me to go on! That was my first sense of victory and confidence.
Till date .... I do anything but give up.
Love,
Nina
